I have talked alot about how to choose your baby gender and the various methods and techniques to conceive a baby boy. If you want to have a baby girl, the methods is just the reverse. So, lets go into details on how you can have a baby girl using some natural methods and proper planning.
One of the best ways to determine the sex of your baby is to understand how the different sperm behave. As you probably know by now, the Y sperm, which is responsible for producing baby boys, swim faster. That is their advantage. The X sperm, responsible for producing girls are more durable… meaning that they last longer in the body as compared to the Y sperm.
We can use this fact to our advantage when planning for a girl baby.
Understanding your ovulation pattern and charting them is extremely important if you want to increase your chance of having a girl.
As mentioned, the Y sperm, though they swim faster, does not last long in the body… they usually die off within 24 hours after being released into the mother’s body. The X sperm however, can last up to 72 hours.
In other words, if you want to conceive a girl, you should do it 2 – 3 days before you ovulate. This is because, the weaker Y sperm, will die off first when you “don’t have an egg”. The X sperm however, because they are more durable, will be able to stay in your body for the next 2 to 3 days.
When you ovulate then, the X sperm will then be able to fertilize the egg, thus, giving you a baby girl. As such, it is important that you understand how your ovulation pattern is and be able to chart them accurately.
